this study aimed to spatially analyze the pattern of land use distribution in District Three of Ahvaz City. This study is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of descriptive method. This study is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive in terms of method. Study Scale includes the study of area, district and neighborhood levels. The method of data collection is document-libraries. To investigate the concentration, density, compactness, composition, continuity, dispersion, orientation and centrality and spatial autocorrelation of compression indices, Hirschman-Herfindahl concentration, Fragmentation, Simpson Diversity index, entropy and Land built density, Nearest Neighbor Analysis, Was used for geographic weight distribution and regression methods in ArcGIS software. The results of the calculations showed that the existing per capita of the land uses is 12 Square meters more than the standard per capita. Zone 2 has the highest density and compaction, while Zone 3 has the lowest density and highest dispersion. However, Zone 3 has more compactness, diversity, concentration and consistency of land uses than other Zones. The distribution of 46% of the land uses was very clustered. The orientation of land uses in the center of the region is desirable and this orientation has attracted population in the center of the region. As a result, the areas of Ahwaz's three District are at different levels in the land use distribution indices, and thus require a local land use planning plan.

The main purpose of this study is to analyze the status of social capital indicators from the perspective of citizens in the fourth district of Ardabil. The present research is descriptive-analytical and applied in terms of purpose. The statistical population is residents over 15 years old in the four cities of Ardabil; Using Cochran's formula, 385 people were selected as a statistical sample. The data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire that includes four indicators; Social trust, social participation, social cohesion and social network and the degree of reliability obtained using Cronbach's alpha of 0.82 indicates the good reliability of the questionnaire. SPSS software (one-sample t-test, Friedman and Kruskal-Wallis tests) was used to analyze the data. Innovation of the present study is the use of three statistical tests to determine the status of social capital; In the whole region, it is four and according to the indicators in the neighborhoods of region four. The results of comparing the average of social capital indicators from the citizens 'point of view in region four show that the status of social capital indicators is somewhat favorable and somewhat higher than the average, and that the ranking of indicators from the citizens' point of view is It means that citizens have different rankings of social capital indicators. The results of the Kruskal-Wallis test also show; Neighborhoods in all indicators of social capital have a significant difference at the alpha level of 0.05 percent.

The purpose of this study is spatial analysis of green space and the best way to reach it in region 1 of Kerman. In this regard, using 4 qualitative evaluation matrices of desirability, compatibility, capacity and dependence )multi-criteria decision making methods) were applied to investigate the spatial distribution of green space uses in District 1 of Kerman. Research data were collected by documentary method with reference to relevant sources and organizations. Each of the four matrix criteria was ranked based on the Inversion hierarchical weight process method and then modeled in the GIS environment and by using analytical functions, a map of suitable locations was prepared to create green spaces in the area. The use of quadratic quality matrix criteria and their weight by inverse hierarchical analysis method along with the design of a geometric network is a way to access urban green spaces and also is one of the innovations of the present study. The results of the present study show total area of existing green spaces in district 1 of the Kerman city is about 54 ha that is insignificant compared with the district 1 the whole area. Based on quadratic quality matrices method, we proposed suitable locations to create new green spaces at about 106 ha. Broadly speaking, the spatial analysis of green space using the method of quadratic quality matrices and hierarchical reversal analysis shows 28. 7% very suitable location, 53. 4% suitable location, and 17. 9% unsuitable location.

The purpose of this study is to explain the pattern of spatial distribution of inner city parks with the approach of spatial justice in the city of Sabzevar. The research method is descriptive - analytical. In order to analyze and explain the distribution of spatial patterns statistical methods such as the nearest neighborhood and the city park service network analysis in GIS were used. What distinguishes the present study from the previous research is the study and analysis of the pattern of spatial distribution and the amount of access in different classes of urban parks in various levels of Sabzevar city. The results showed that the functional radius of urban parks in Sabzevar city, at the regional level, specifies the desired functional radius in the central urban contexts, which decreases its desirability by moving away from the city center. Lack of proper distribution of inner city parks in the western part of Sabzevar has reduced the usefulness and performance of regional parks and excessive concentration of these parks in the eastern part of the city has increased the radius of performance and usefulness in the eastern parts of Sabzevar. Inadequate and unjust distribution of inner city parks in different levels of Sabzevar city on the other hand, the disproportion of population and per capita green space have led to intensified unfair distribution of parks in urban areas, districts and neighborhoods because the population is 7088 people with a per capita of 24 m2ie for each person there is 24 m2 of green space and a surplus of green space.

One of the most important consequences of rapid growth of urbanization in recent decades has been chaos of urban service distribution system which is the main cause of inequality in benefiting these services by the citizens. Therefore, the most crucial mission of planners and city managers in this area is attempting to achieve the ideal of 'equality of opportunities' among all society groups to access to the public services and eliminating contrasts in providing opportunities. In this regard, one of the basic elements of the city to increase the level of social welfare is the municipal services. The purpose of this study is to do spatial analysis of social justice in employing the urban public services in 16 districts of the city of Ardabil. The research method is descriptive-analytic. The accessibility to the public services by the residents was measured by the Weighted ANP Model. The data were then leveled using Tapis and Saw models. Regarding to the different ranks in different restricts of the city in the various models, finally, all results were merged using Kandrst Model. The results showed that the restricts 12 and 11 have got the first rank in terms of having very favorable situation in using the services; restricts 14, 15, 13 and 16, have got the second rank in the benefited class; the restricts 6 and 10 have achieved the half of the benefitted class, and restricts 7, 9, 5, and 2, have got the fourth place in the category of undesirable class. And finally, restricts 3, 4, and 8 have been in the last classification in benefiting the public services. That is they get the least benefit of services.

Tabriz is an example of this issue that despite the spatial coherence and compactness in emergence and growth phase of its organic to Pahlavi period has changed completely,especially in the early 40s before the land reform, following the developments in result of recent ecade surbanization,and in condition that before a few decades ago has formed in a confined space and enclosed with fort had become more widespread and today it is trapped in the porous and patient structure. In other words,the spatial development of the city over the past half-century over the 2/4 is equal to population growth; the happens is interpreted to indiscriminate horizontal development and destroy the best gardens and periphery farms and eliminate lungs breathing of the city and eventually threat environment. Research hypotheses are as follows: 1) given the indicators on the social dimensions of sustainability- cultural, economic, and physical environment, sustainable development has occurred in Tabriz. 2) The city of Tabriz is a difference in having urban sustainability indicators. The research was adescriptive- analytical study and has been used quantitative methods and models such as factor analysis, AHP method and nonparametric Friedman and Wilcoxon tests, HDI combined model and GIS. The result of the investigations showed that among 10 metropolitan areas of Tabriz the 3deprived areas with average 0.27% of development factor are placed in the lowest development and in other words is allocated the firstpriorities of urban development for the future management and planning of Tabriz to itself.
