چکیده

موضوع فضای شهری از جمله مباحث پرجاذبه‌ای است که بسیاری از اندیشمندان مسایل شهری به آن توجه داشته و اهمیت آن را اساسا به جهت رابطه‌ای می‌دانند که آن با راهبردهای اجتماعی، پالایش ساخت اجتماعی، تولید کیفیت انسانی- عاطفی در جامعه، بیان زندگی فعال مردم، فعالیت سیاسی، زندگی سالم شهری و مانند آن دارد. در این پژوهش به بررسی ارتباط بین تحصیلات، جنس‌ها و محدوده‌های سنی مختلف شهروندان گرگانی با هر یک از عوامل موثر در رضایتمندی شهروندان از خیابان 5 آذر شهرستان گرگان با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS پرداخته شد. نتایج یافته‌ها حاکی از آن است که بین محدوده‌های سنی با عواملی همچون کانال‌ها، جوی‌ها و کنترل آب‌های روان، تردد وسایل نقلیه، ایستگاه اتوبوس و فضاهای بازی برای کودکان و بزرگسالان ارتباط معنی‌داری وجود دارد که این معنی داری در محدوده سنی کمتر از 18 سال بیشتر به چشم می‌خورد. هم چنین در بررسی ارتباط بین تحصیلات و هر یک از عوامل موثر در رضایتمندی نیز مشخص شد که فقط بین سطح تحصیلات با جنس کفپوش پیاده رو و بین جنس‌های مختلف با فاکتورهای کانال‌ها، جوی‌ها و کنترل آب‌های روان ارتباط معنی-داری وجود دارد. جهت تعیین بااهمیت‌ترین و کم اهمیت‌ترین عوامل موثر بر رضایتمندی شهروندان از آزمون Friedman استفاده گردید. نتایج این پژوهش سبب می‌شود که نیازمندی‌های شهروندان به تفکیک سن، جنس و سطح تحصیلات شناسایی شده و برنامه ریزان و طراحان شهری را در برنامه-ریزی دقیق‌تر و طراحی بهتر و مناسب‌تر برای افزایش رضایتمندی شهروندان یاری رساند.

چکیده [English]

The topic of urban space is one of the most attractive arguments that many scientists of cities problem notice about it. The importance of this subject is due to relation that with social ways, social structure, produce of human quality and emotional in social, expression of peoples active life, political activity, urban secure life and etc. In this research, relationship between education, gender and different age ranges with factors influencing citizen’s satisfaction of Gorgan 5th Azar Street by SPSS software was studied. The results suggest that there is a significant relation between age ranges and channels, streams and control of flowing water, traffic, bus stop and play spaces for children and adults that this significance is more important in less than 18 age range. Also the result showed there is a significant relation between education level and kind of pavement and between gender and channels, streams, and control of flowing water. Identification of the most and the lowest important factors are performed by using Friedman test in SPSS software. The conclusion of this research to be cause that we know the requirements of citizen separately such as: age, gender, level of education and help programmer and urban designer in more suitable programming and better designing for increasing citizen satisfaction.
