Methodology of this study is descriptive-survey and the data are collected through a questionnaire with a sample size of 322 people in three different districts in Dezful. The SPSS software was used for data. The t-test results show that the degree of citizens' satisfaction of the municipal's performance is average to low. In this study, the independent variables (age, sex, education …) were supposed to have a priority over the dependent variable (satisfaction). According to the linear regression test, there was a marked difference between the socio-economic status of the citizens and the amount of their satisfaction with municipal performance. The results obtained from a variance analysis also showed that there was a significant difference between age and the citizens’ satisfaction while the Man-witni test showed that there was no difference between sex and the amount of satisfaction. Finally Pearson correlation coefficient indicates that strong and direct relationship between satisfactions and protects the environmental. هدف انجام این پژوهش، سنجش رابطه میان رضایت­مندی شهروندان از عملکرد شهرداری و شاخص­های پایداری محیط زیست شهری شهر دزفول است. روش پژوهش توصیفی- پیمایشی بوده، گردآوری اطلاعات از طریق پرسشنامه با حجم نمونه 322 نفر در سطح سه منطقه شهری در شهر دزفول انجام‌ شده است. برای تجزیه‌ و تحلیل داده‌ها از نرم‌افزار SPSS استفاده ‌شده است. نتایج به­دست آمده از آزمون T تک نمونه­ای متوسط به پایین بودن رضایت­مندی شهروندان از عملکرد شهرداری را نشان­می­دهد. هم­چنین در این پژوهش متغیرهای مستقل(سن، جنس، تحصیلات و ...) بر متغیر وابسته (رضایت­مندی) مورد فرض قرارگرفته، طبق آزمون رگرسیون خطی وضعیت اقتصادی – اجتماعی شهروندان بر میزان رضایت­مندی از شهرداری تفاوت معنی‌داری را نشان می‌دهد. آزمون من ویتنی نیز نشان داده که بین جنسیت (زن و مرد) و رضایت­مندی تفاوت معنی‌داری وجود ندارد. تحلیل واریانس بین سن و میزان رضایت­مندی از عملکرد شهرداری تفاوت معنی‌داری وجود دارد. بالاخره ضریب­ همبستگی پیرسون نشان­دهنده آن­است که­ رابطه مستقیم و قوی بین رضایتمندی و حفظ محیط زیست وجود دارد. https://grup.journals.pnu.ac.ir/article_2115_e35923e590ea483e0710ecf5e89e920d.pdf
