Cultural centers are an example of the uses whose distribution and dispersion are important in urban areas in terms of both urban development and social justice. The purpose of this study is to analyze the dispersion of the cultural centers in Saqqez city as well as to locate the new cultural centers according to the shortage in the city. The research method is descriptive-analytical. In order to classify and analyze the data, some models including ANP model and network analysis model, and Moran'sI, Anselin local Moran'sI indicators were used. Furthermore, the softwares ARC /GIS, and Super Decisions were employed to map layers. The results of this study indicates that according to the survey carried out, %41.11 of the city area is out of access to the cultural centers. The findings also reveal that the cultural centers in Saqqez city are inappropriate to other centers in terms of both compatibility and accessibility. Therefore, by integrating the various layers of influential uses, the final map of optimal spaces was suggested in order to build new cultural centers in 5 categories from very good to very weak توزیع بهینه کاربری­ها و مراکز خدماتی مسأله­ای است که اغلب برنامه‌ریزان شهری برآن تأکید دارند، چرا که امروزه رشد پرشتاب جمعیت و گسترش کالبد شهرها، توزیع فضایی نامتناسب کاربری­های شهری را دامن زده است. مراکز فرهنگی، از جمله کاربری­هایی است که توزیع و پراکنش آن در عرصه­های شهری هم از بعد شهرسازی و هم به لحاظ عدالت­ اجتماعی حائز اهمیت است. اینک هدف از این پژوهش تحلیل پراکنش مراکزفرهنگی در سطح شهر سقز و مکان‌یابی مراکز فرهنگی جدید با توجه به کمبود شهر می‌باشد. روش انجام تحقیق توصیفی- تحلیلی است. به منظور طبقه­بندی و تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات از مدل­ANP­، شاخص‌هایMoran'sI, Moran'sI­Anselin local و مدل تحلیل شبکه استفاده شده‌ است. همچنین از نرم‌افزارهای ARC/GIS و Super Decisions برای ترسیم لایه­ها بهره گرفته شده ‌است. نتایج تحقیق بیانگر آن است که با توجه به بررسی­های به ‌عمل آمده از نحوه توزیع مراکز فرهنگی موجود و تعیین شعاع عملکردی استاندارد آن‌ها 11/41 درصد از مساحت شهر خارج از محدوده دسترسی به مراکز فرهنگی می‌باشند و یافته­های وضع موجود نشان می­دهد که مراکز ­فرهنگی شهر سقز از نظر سازگاری با سایر کاربری­ها و همچنین از نظر دسترسی، نامتناسب است. ­لذا با تلفیق لایه­های مختلف کاربری­های تأثیر گذار، نقشه نهایی فضاهای بهینه برای احداث مراکز­ فرهنگی جدید در 5 دسته از بسیارخوب تا بسیار ضعیف تقسیم بندی و پیشنهاد گردید. https://grup.journals.pnu.ac.ir/article_2942_35a7c4b39ae023200c9b705372106a38.pdf
