[English]

The purpose of the current research is to measure and evaluate the distribution of urban services in the 51 districts of Ardabil city. The research method is descriptive-analytical based on documentary sources and a questionnaire to collect public opinions. For this purpose, 385 questionnaires have been completed and collected from urban areas using a random classification method. To analyze the data the VIKOR model was used in which the following were considered: determination of the weight of 11 main research indicators using the opinions of 10 experts (through the snowball method) and the entropy method; 2 the stratification of urban areas from the point of view of citizens using the cluster analysis method; the comparison of objective and subjective data from the Wilcoxon test in the form of SPSS software; the examination of the spatial patterns of urban services from the nearest neighborhood average model; and the spatial arrangement of the studied components using ArcGIS. The findings of the research show that the central areas of the city are at a favorable level in terms of access to urban services, and the more the distance from the city center to the periphery, the lower the level of desirability. which shows the cluster and center-periphery dominant pattern of distribution. Also, comparing the results of objective data (distribution of urban services) and subjective data (citizen questionnaire) showed that there is a significant statistical difference between them. The simultaneous study of the objective and subjective situation of the distribution of urban services in the urban areas of Ardabil city is the innovation of the present research.
