[English]

Nowadays‌‌‌,‌‌‌ due to urban development‌‌‌,‌‌‌ population increase and destructive activities in nature have caused many ecological changes. Also‌‌‌,‌‌‌ moving away from sustainable development indicators has had irreparable effects on nature and the living environment of all humans. And with the spread of new technologies and remarkable developments in the fields of information technology‌‌‌,‌‌‌ the cities of the world in most advanced countries are seeking to make their cities smarter. Therefore‌‌‌,‌‌‌ according to the importance of this matter‌‌‌,‌‌‌ the present research seeks to integrate smart urban planning with the biophilic approach. In this research‌‌‌,‌‌‌ firstly‌‌‌,‌‌‌ the smart and biophilic city indicators were investigated‌‌‌,‌‌‌ and then‌‌‌,‌‌‌ in order to reach the local model of Urmia city‌‌‌,‌‌‌ firstly‌‌‌,‌‌‌ data and information were collected through the distribution of questionnaires to specialists based on the Likert scale and entering it into Spss software. has beenThen‌‌‌,‌‌‌ Friedman's test and confirmatory factor analysis were used to rank the items and confirm the model‌‌‌,‌‌‌ respectively. The output results of the Amos software show the validation of the model. The native model is also based on concepts such as; Biophilic attitudes and awareness‌‌‌,‌‌‌ management of sustainable water resources‌‌‌,‌‌‌ promoting the use of energy and renewable resources and green and smart transportation. Are. Therefore‌‌‌,‌‌‌ based on that‌‌‌,‌‌‌ a model has been designed and some suggestions have been presented‌‌‌,‌‌‌ which are given in the map under the title of proposed map for biophilic and smart city (Urmia city) for a more detailed understanding of the suggestions.
