The aim of this study was to evaluate the implementation of healthy city policies based on local and regional needs in South Khorasan province. The type of research was descriptive and analytical, which was conducted in terms of conditions and the realization of the idea of a healthy city in South Khorasan province, using health, social and residential indicators. The required data were obtained from general censuses, sampling of the Statistics Center and 300 sample households from 11 cities of the province. SPSS and ArcView software were used to analyze the data. The innovation of the research has been in using various indicators and giving priority to health indicators. The results showed that South Khorasan is one of the most deprived provinces and few facilities are concentrated in limited areas while other areas are in unfavorable conditions. In addition to being the poorest population groups, these areas are often adjacent to border areas and are more prone to common viral and microbial contamination in Afghanistan and Pakistan.

The purpose of this research was to analyze the residential sustainability indicators in district 1 in region 9 of Tehran, which is part of the urban worn out texture. This research is an applied based on the purpose, & also it is done with descriptiveanalytical method. In line with the sample size, 325 households were selected from residents of District 1 residential blocks. Factor analysis was used for this purpose & also for testing the indicators. During the test process, 48 studied indicators were reduced to 32 indicator & rated to 6 main factors. Factor analysis results showed that the most important factors affecting urban housing sustainability were physical & design factor with weight of 0.705, social capital factor with weight of 0.694, security factor with weight of 0.673, environmental factors with weight of 0.711, accessibility factor with weight of 0.697 & infrastructure factor with weight of 0.731 respectively. Monitoring builders & paying attention to physical dimensions, raising awareness & educating residents to participate more, creating financial incentives, & considering public spaces & passages were the most important proposals] in this reserach.

Housing sector in the past few decades due to rapid urbanization and its complications are one of the main challenges in economic development Social and country has become. So that this government is incapable of providing urban housing. Therefore, in recent decades, "theformation of housing cooperatives" as a way of limiting the housing problem in the country is taken into consideration in this regard, the present study aimed to analyze the role of housing cooperatives in the country's planning system has been developed for housing. Analytical method has been developed to collect information on library resources and documents Our findings suggest that despite the relatively small number of construction permits issued for housing cooperatives The higher the ratio of the number of residential units in the building housing cooperatives shows So that the average number of residential construction permits issued and total housing units of 3/06 And licenses issued to the private sector by about 2.6 units Licenses and permits issued to the cooperative housing unit is considered to be 1.19 Data show greater tendency to clump Housing Cooperatives And make greater use of land for construction of housing. The classification of the states with the highest number of licenses issued, an applicant for housing units in Tehran province alone has been shown that in a good clustering, and at the top And Districts of Tabriz, Isfahan, Mashhad, Shiraz and Kermanshah in good condition, and finally the remaining half of the province who are over 25 are at a disadvantage
