The density and the state of being scattered of these centers have caused the increase and decrease of the trips and transport services and the greenhouse gases emission rate. The goal of this survey is the analysis of the influence of the city spatial oraganization and the study of the city commercial functioning in relation of eachother. The mono centrality and the poly centerality of the cities have an important influence on the trip distances, preventing the waste of time and energy in the cities. The recognition of these factors can decrease the amount of greenhouse gasses and prevent the global warming. The type of research is practical and the analysis method is analytical descriptive. This research has been done after the scientific studies in order to estimate the greenhoause gases on the suggested Clean Development of CDM. The Mashhad metropolis spatial organization has been studied in two scenarioes. The first scenario, namely the mono centrality of the existing city and the other scenario, alongwith triple centrality spatial organization, along the city structure have been considered. The Mashhad metropolis balanced spatial organization has decreased the green houase gas emission up to 43 percent for the private cars . The average trip distance, traveled by the private cars in balanced spatial organizition is decreased about 4 kilometers. The decrease of the greenhouse emission rate for each passenger is 7.9 kilogram CO2 .

This research presents an integration of fuzzy logic with GIS for landfill site selection in Durood city alongside with the customized GIS application for doing this study. One of the most important issues of sanitary landfill is to identify suitable locations. Landfill selection in an area is a critical issue in the decision making process because of its great impact on the economy, ecology and the environmental health of the region. most common sub-criteria, documented in literature and implicated (IEPO) including surface water, ground water, land use, distance to well, soil type, slope, protected area, fault in environmental group, residential area, road, airport, village, infrastructure, historical area, wind direction in socioeconomical group were selected and the weight of each criterion was determined based on expert’s knowledge with use of analytical hierarchy process (AHP). At the first step, in order to find the suitable sites, GIS digital map overlay techniques were used (customized GIS application). The second step was a fuzzy logic approach that the system ranked sites on a scale of 0–100%, with 100% being the most appropriate one. At the third step the potential sites that were selected from the last step will be ranked by Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) in order to prioritize the potential sites. Field observations also confirmed suitability of the selected sites, and hence this method can be used in urban areas for waste dumping site selection procedure. Selected sites are considered to be suitable for landfill to minimize environmental risk and human health problems.

The rapid growth of the tourism industry and the prioritization of economic benefits in protected areas around Tehran have disturbed the principles of sustainable development and leads to increasing pressure on the environment. So calculating the carrying capacity of tourist areas is recommended as a key solution. The main purpose is to determine the tourism carrying capacity in the Varjin Protected Area due to its proximity to the capital and with its unique nature and ecological attractions. The research method is survey and descriptive-analytical. The data were collected through interviews with environment guard, climatic statistics from the Lavasan synoptic station, and using GIS software. The carrying capacity was calculated by TCC as a quantitative tool, in three levels: physical, real and effective. To determine the wide range capacity, ecological attractions such as wildlife visits, water resources and mountaineering were selected and their carrying capacity were determined on the basis of (person / hectare / day) and then compared with the Baud-Bovy international standard. Based on the results, estimation of effective range capacities in all three tourist attractions indicated that the computations were less than 5 people per hectare. Hence, it complies with the world standard. The results of the study indicate the appropriate range capacity for widespread tourism and tourist attraction in the Virgin Protected Area.

Because of modernization, local and national identities getting deformed and Have been lost their originality. Tabriz Bazaar which is considered as registered historical building never been out of this risks and there should be contextualist consideration in its designing and its improvement. The question that can be asked is what effect this kind of attention, ie contextualism, has on the Tabriz Bazar’s brand equity. This research has been done with a mixed method approach with a sequential exploratory scheme (first a qualitative method and then a quantitative method). In the first stage, experts were interviewed to extract the contextualist model of traditional commercial spaces, which did not exist before, and the data obtained from interviews with experts were evaluated using thematic analysis. The results of this analysis showed the pattern of contextualization of traditional commercial spaces. Then, after compiling the contextual questions in the form of a questionnaire, the complete questionnaire - which included the contextual questions and brand equity - was distributed and collected among 374 tourists in Tabriz Bazar. The data were then tested using Smart-Pls software and structural equation modeling. Findings show that from the perspective of Tabriz Bazar tourists, contextualism had a positive effect on brand equity. As a result, the contextualism model obtained in the present study and the preservation of social, cultural and historical values can be used to strengthen the special value of the Tabriz Bazar brand.

In this regard, the Pocket Parks approach through participation is one of the most effective ways to compensate for some of the lack of green space in the neighborhoods. Since the urban environment is complex, dynamic, diverse and multifaceted, it requires the design of a multidisciplinary and participatory system in management that the realization of participation in the city administration involves capacity building in the institutional and institutional dimensions of urban spaces. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to evaluate institutional-managerial attitude towards the creation of pocket parks in Iranian cities with the approach of participation of Allahieh neighborhood and Koya culture in Zanjan city. The research method is applied in terms of its type and its nature is descriptive-analytic. The method of information gathering, library and field observation was interview type with a questionnaire tool, and a probabilistic sampling method was simple random sampling. The analysis showed that the trust component has a good situation as compared to research components in the development of pocket parks. Also, according to the unequal difference test, the status of the components of the "seman" and "sense of security" in the two neighborhoods of al-Haya and koy is not the same culture, and the conditions of the culture are more inappropriate than the divine. Finally, the polynomial logistic regression test showed that the "sense of security" variable with a square value of 116.58 had the most impact on the participatory development of pocket pockets.

Hamedan has a long history in the urbanization of Iran, has a relatively large and worthwhile bazaar place in the center of the traditional texture of the city.Considering the Importance of the Whole of architecture and the creation of living and living spaces, Christopher Alexander's living centers theory explores the pattern of living . Addressing how to create living urban spaces is an Integrated whole of the need for today's architecture and urbanization. The purpose of this research is to compare the physical vitality of traditional Hamedan bazaar based on the theory of Alexander's living centers. The questions of this research are: What is the physical structure of the traditional Hamdan bazaar consistent with Alexander's theory? What are the comparisons of the studied cases based on Alexander's theory? The Statistical Society of the research is the traditional bazaar of Hamedan city and selected samples of Golshan and Mirza Kazem saraa with the aim of evaluating and analyzing the descriptive method with qualitative approach. The method of data collection is a library and field research, and its indicators are integrated with the concepts of integrated universality and strong centers in the form of 15 interrelated features of the theory of living centers. The results of the research confirm that the traditional Hamedan bazaar is consistent with the characteristics of this theory, and Golshan's camp has the highest symmetry, contradiction, echo, and integrity of the physical life of Mirza Kazem. .

in this study, the effects of land use changes with surface temperature of karaj cityand spatial autocorrelation have been discussed using the moran index. for this purpose, landsat OLI- TM satellite imagery has been used in 2000 and 2018. first, the images were taken and the required images were applied. then classification using object orinted method and nearest neighbor algorithm was developed and the earth surface temperature was extracted with split window algorithm (imagery). The results showed that the arid land has the highest temperature in 2000 and 2018, respectively, due to the lack of vegetation, the high capacity of absorption of heat by barren soil, and the use of blue zones in 2000 and 2018 respectively, has a temperature of 38 - 25 (° C), which is دفع and has lower heat temperatures. also, the results showed strong relationship between land use and temperature. finally, the hot and cold clusters of karaj city heat islands were extracted using the hot spots analysis index (hotspot). Space autocorrelation analysis with global Moran's indices showed that the Earth's surface temperature was cluster - like. the analysis of hot spots confirmed the focus and cluster of the heat islands of karaj city in space with increasing periods of time. Keywords

The purpose of this study is explain the future studies as a new paradigm in planning in the course of change of urban systems modeling in order to achive ecological sustainability.this fundamental study attempt using the content analysis method and historical methods and data from the study of the library resources , investigation the evolution of the application of model and modeling planning and managing urban ecosystems from the past to now , as well as how to inter future studies approach to regional and urban planning system as a largest ecological systems to discuss. The main necessity for attention to ecology is the study of development processes that occur over time through planning and management processes regarding the interaction betwin physical ,material and vital systems in the interior of ecosystems. innovation of this research involves trying to link triple discussions ,future study ,modeling and urban ecological systems in order to formulate the solution to realize future studies approach to management and planning of urban and regional ecosystems today. The results of the research showed that by examining the historical evolution of urban systems modeling, two classical and modern (contemporary) periods can be distinguished under three discourses or cultures of cities. In the contemporary period of modeling or the third discourse, complexity, uncertainty, self-organization and uncertainty of changes caused more attention to the future in modeling.

Nowadays, various approaches have been proposed in the field of architectural design, biophilic design is one of the most prominent and effective ones. Biophilic design is an alternative to traditional architectural design methods. In this regard, the present paper has tried to identify and cluster the requirements affecting the design of biophilic architecture of urban interurban spaces in Phase 1 of Ekbatan Township in Tehran.Theoretical data were prepared by documentary method and empirical data by survey method based on Delphi technique. The statistical population is 20 urban experts based on snowball sampling. 55 primary propellants were processed in 6 categories of data and identified by structural interaction analysis in MICMAC software. The results of this study show that the general pattern of dispersion of the studied requirements in terms of interaction analysis indicates the situation of an unstable environmental system in which the requirements for designing biophilic interstice spaces in terms of effectiveness and affectivity have a complex and intermediary state which is more concentrated in the cluster of independent factors. . Overall patterns, composition of components and habitat and ecosystems with direct impact rates of 311, 296 and 278 respectively were selected as the key requirements for designing biophilic interspace in residential complex Phase 1 of Ekbatan Town, Tehran.

Today, researchers are looking for models that can work well in the event of widespread diseases. Based on this, the purpose of the current research is to typify the patterns of post-corona cities in order to understand the patterns of urban planning and policy-making during the covid-19 and future pandemics. The current research is of a secondary type and the philosophical paradigm that governs it is of an interpretive type, its approach is qualitative and its methodology is a case study. The data collection method is text-based and based on documentary methods. The research method is based on systematic review and meta-analysis. Based on this, a systematic review of published articles, theses and books about post-corona cities has been undertaken. The statistical community is related to articles, books and theses that were published in the period from 2019 to 2023. After preliminary reviews, 42 articles were selected for final analysis. The research results show that models such as 20-minute city, 15-minute city, 10-minute city, complete community and complete neighborhood have been proposed for post-corona cities. In addition, the post-corona cities have six main categories including transportation, culture and community, work, green and recreational spaces, education, health and services, and finally smartening. The post-corona city patterns have 24 common components, which include public transportation, active travel, traffic and parking, identity and belonging, sense of security, influence and sense of control, care and maintenance, local employment, flexible workspace, social interactions. smart healthcare, smart education. smart environment and smart network and energy use.
