With the increase in urban population and environmental pressures, the evaluation and optimal management of resources and factors influencing urban sustainability have gained significant importance. Advanced intelligent technologies can play a crucial role in designing sustainability index models. This paper examines the sustainability index model in eco-cities using the GPT chat engine. This engine, based on artificial intelligence and deep learning, has the capability to automatically analyze data and extract urban behavioral patterns. The research method in this study, aimed at practical application and exploratory nature, was conducted in two phases. In the first phase, the GPT AI engine was used to collect data. Questions related to urban sustainability indices were continuously asked of the system until the responses reached saturation. In the second phase, the data were coded and analyzed. The codes were then categorized into larger groups and related themes. The validity and reliability of the data were confirmed through content validity and Kappa reliability with over 70% agreement among experts. The findings indicate ten themes, including environmental sustainability, improvement of infrastructure and smart technologies, social development and education, public health and quality of life, water resource management and environmental protection, sustainable economy and innovative businesses, urban security and crisis response, sustainable architecture and design, urban agriculture and food security, and urban culture and identity. These findings demonstrate the extensive application of intelligent technologies in improving sustainability indices in eco-cities.

One of the challenges faced by urban planners is optimal urban and regional management and balance in the development of cities. In this regard, the main goal of this research is to measure the economic and social stability of the cities of Mazandaran province during the census of 2006 and 2021. The current research is applied in terms of its purpose and descriptive-analytical in terms of its nature. The method of quantitative analysis and the type of reasoning used is causal-inferential. The required data and information have been collected using the statistics and census of 2006 and 2021. The statistical population of the research is 30 professors and experts in the field of urban planning using a targeted sampling method. The reliability of the questionnaire was confirmed using the pre-test and Cronbach's alpha test with a coefficient of 0.812. In order to analyze the obtained data and information, stability barometer, radar, Copeland and Elektro models have been used. The results of sustainability measurement techniques showed that the cities of Sari, Babol, Amol, Qaimshahr, Tonkabon and Chalus have higher ranks in terms of sustainability. Also, the cities of Mazandaran province have had different stability, and the problem of instability is more related to small and medium-sized cities in terms of size, and more related to economic issues in terms of indicators. Therefore, it is possible to provide the stability and development of cities by implementing the solutions obtained from this research.

Bandar Abbas city includes a special architectural style in an area with hot and humid climate that, our predecessors had ingredients the knowledge of vernacular architectural features and their application in the city by thinking about the climate to achieve sustainable architecture and urban planning. As they analyzed and evaluated it in detail with three scales of urban fabric, single-building architecture and architectural details in order to understand the vernacular architecture in the city of Bandar Abbas as a sustainable model. To investigate this search, in a qualitative study several areas of the urban fabric with the existing buildings (60 buildings dating back over 70 years of age) were selected and analyzed. The results showed that in the scale of the urban fabric (factors of building form, skeletal neighborhood spaces) and in the single-building scale (orientation of buildings, green areas, central courtyard, communicative structure of the inner spaces) and for the architectural details (bars, thick walls, openings) are the features of vernacular architecture of the region which played an important role in the sustainability of Bandar Abbas, to develop the regional consistency with climate and knowing the construction approaches in architecture and urbanism they could achieve a suitable model for the construction in a hot and humid climate and provided it for new architects and urban planners.

The realization of sustainability is associated with the proper exploitation of resources and the balancing of man, community and nature. Meanwhile, today's urban conditions require planners to explore, analyze and evaluate the sustainability of cities in different ways. The aim of this study is to evaluate the efficiency of some the biologicalperformance indicators of Isfahan urban areas with an emphasis on impressive components such as population, range and area, the amount of waste produced ,the amount of urban green spaces, trees and the amount of the raceway in Isfahan urban areas. The research method in this paper is a descriptive-analytical. In this regard, Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) model is used to describe and analyze existing situations. The statistical population includes the fourteen districts of Isfahan, based on official documents of the city.In accordance with Overall results in the CCR-O model, district 4 and 9 are full efficiency and district 5 has acceptable performance. In addition, in the BCC-O method, district 2, 12 and 13 have been added to the available efficient regions in the CCR-O model, also districts 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 11 and 14 have acceptable performance.
