Failure to develop environmentally friendly strategies and operational plans for smart urban transport systems in Khorramabad has created many problems in using urban transportation systems. Therefore, a comprehensive, well-structured, coherent and operational plan must be launched for it. In the present study, a suitable operational plan for smart urban transport systems using PIP model is presented And SWOT matrix is used to formulate strategies In order to prioritize strategies, the combination of AHP decision criteria techniques with ACCEPT method and QSPM method was used. The results of these two methods were compared using SPSS software and Spearman correlation coefficient was calculated. And a value of 0.981 was obtained, which indicates the closeness of the results of these two methods; Combined method analyzes (AHP and ACCEPT) were performed using EXPERT CHOICE software, and incompatibility rates for prioritizing goals, development axes, and strategies were lower than 0.1 in all numerical steps; Therefore, in all priorities, the inconsistency is acceptableRegarding the major transport goals, priority was given to safety, public satisfaction, environmental improvement and reduction of energy consumption and latency, respectively (or transport delay). With regard to the six axes of development, it has been identified that priority is given to management and organizational policies, finance, human resources, technical infrastructure, cultural environment and legal matters, and the development of intelligent systems is based on this priority.

The main purpose of this study is to analyze the status of social capital indicators from the perspective of citizens in the fourth district of Ardabil. The present research is descriptive-analytical and applied in terms of purpose. The statistical population is residents over 15 years old in the four cities of Ardabil; Using Cochran's formula, 385 people were selected as a statistical sample. The data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire that includes four indicators; Social trust, social participation, social cohesion and social network and the degree of reliability obtained using Cronbach's alpha of 0.82 indicates the good reliability of the questionnaire. SPSS software (one-sample t-test, Friedman and Kruskal-Wallis tests) was used to analyze the data. Innovation of the present study is the use of three statistical tests to determine the status of social capital; In the whole region, it is four and according to the indicators in the neighborhoods of region four. The results of comparing the average of social capital indicators from the citizens 'point of view in region four show that the status of social capital indicators is somewhat favorable and somewhat higher than the average, and that the ranking of indicators from the citizens' point of view is It means that citizens have different rankings of social capital indicators. The results of the Kruskal-Wallis test also show; Neighborhoods in all indicators of social capital have a significant difference at the alpha level of 0.05 percent.

One of the essential functions in geografialy urban studies by using of spatial and temporal data is urban growth analysis. In this context, urban horizontal expansion can be measured by statistical indicator. The main objective of this article is monitoring of growth of 9 urban areas, quantifying the degree of urban free growth, the degree of uncontrolled urban expansion, and the benefits of urban growth for a period of years 85-91, in the Shiraz city. To achieve this goal, the K-Score Pearson test is used for measuring the degree of city expansion, and Shannon Entropy is used for the degree of city sprawl, and finally the degree of urban growth was surveyed. These dimensions were measured for both the period of 85-91 and 9areas of Shiraz. Results show that the degree of freedom for a period of time is high. In the period of 88-89 observed growth of construction was less than expected. In area 1 the observed growth is equal to the expected growth. By considering the whole city, the general Shannon Entropy also shows concentration. In the end, the analysis of city benefits indicates that Shiraz has experienced a favorable positive city growth in all regions.

Rapid growth of urban population Leads to complicated problems, Especially InOccurrence Social abnormalities. Increased crime in cities threatens security and comfort of citizens and disrupts social cohesion. The Physical Structure of the cities has a significant influence on the incidence of crime and creates different spatial distribution of crime in the cities. The Demographic and socio - economic characteristics In cases where the criminals live, is one of the essential elements of Ecological crime And other ecological element is where the crime occurred. paying attention to (CPTED) help much to this. this term Is concerned with suitable designing and efficient use of space and built environment, that leads to reduction of criminal opportunities, fear of crime and improved quality of life. This theory emphasizes the optimization of opportunities, specific and clear definition of the territory, access control and the like, which are known as (CPTED) strategies, the perpetrators of the crime can be discouraged. Research methodology is Descriptive - analytic, questionnaire have been used as a tool for collecting information among the citizens of the central district of Isfahan. Research results indicate that attention to the principles and indicators of environmental optimized design and the municipalitys assistance can play a significant role in reduction of the crime
