The purpose of the current research is to measure and evaluate the distribution of urban services in the 51 districts of Ardabil city. The research method is descriptive-analytical based on documentary sources and a questionnaire to collect public opinions. For this purpose, 385 questionnaires have been completed and collected from urban areas using a random classification method. To analyze the data the VIKOR model was used in which the following were considered: determination of the weight of 11 main research indicators using the opinions of 10 experts (through the snowball method) and the entropy method using. The findings of the research show that the central areas of the city are at a favorable level in terms of access to urban services, and the more the distance from the city center to the periphery, the lower the level of favorability. Also, the results of the cluster analysis showed that the urban areas located in the center of the city are on the first floor and the peripheral areas are on the last floor (i.e. the fifth floor). Also, comparing the results of objective data (distribution of services) and subjective data (citizens' questionnaire) showed that there is a significant statistical difference between them. In fact, considering the objective results, the subjective results are far from the facts and the people's emotional opinions mostly prevail. The result is that the urban services of Ardabil are not distributed based on spatial justice and the dominant pattern of distribution is cluster like and center-peripheral.

In this regard, the present article was compiled with the aim of identifying and prioritizing the requirements of tourists' satisfaction with urban facilities and services and in a descriptive-analytical method. Data collection was done in a library and field method through a questionnaire. The statistical population of the research included the tourists of Shahrood city that due to the unlimited statistical population of the research, 114 people were selected as a statistical sample and the questionnaires were randomly distributed among them. Cronbach's alpha coefficient was calculated to be 0.81 for positive questions and 0.72 for negative questions. Kano model was used to analyze the data. The results indicate that among the basic requirements, the factor of safety of tourism environments make greatest dissatisfaction and the factor of parks and natural spaces make least dissatisfaction if they don’t supply. The purpose of this research is to analyze the spatial distribution of service utilities and the layering of urban neighborhoods in Dehgolan, Kordestan province, with a social justice approach. The method of carrying out the research is descriptive-analytic and for this purpose, ANP models, the nearest neighbors, Moran and TOPSIS techniques have been applied. Also, the Super Decision has been used for ArcGIS software to perform this operation. The results of the research indicate that there is a social and spatial inequality in terms of having urban services and significant differences between the neighborhoods of Dehgolan so that the most affluent neighborhood with a degree of 0.6 is far from the most deprived area with a 0.05 degree.
