Abstract
study on social _ economic field shows that in addition to of physical subject destruction of urban textur is an economic and social process. ther are 64000 hectar of his toric and old texture of country wich challeng with texture renovation improvement and urban managemen nowaday urban planners try to identify textures that have priority of renovation and improvment priorities in social and physical field. nowaday urban planners try to identify textures that have priority of renovation and improvment priorities in social and physical field. in the paper economic social and physical and demographic indicators in 12 zones of jiroft with 204 hectar old texture was identifed and prioritied our reserch method is descriptive Analytical and based on library based field based and questionnaire based methods. for prioritize of contained indicators and defining of their coefficients 20 questionaire codify and was provided for exports in kerman development and renovation organization then with municipality cooperation and consultation 100 questionaire distributed. for completion of economic and social indicators in the ture household for data analysis the AHP multi critera evalution and GIS softwares are used to analys the data. result of this reserch in priority indicators by Expert choice software show that physical indicator with 0.502 points is first indicator on texture interposition field and the social economic and demographic indicators with 0.252، 0.143 and 0.102 are next ranks finally no 6. 9. 10 zones have Worst development and renovation condition in and no 1.3.4 zone have better condition in old texture.
