successful tourism planning requires marketing. This process has many components and elements; Supply and demand are the most important components. Understanding the absolute and relative importance of supply and demand in tourism marketing process can provide the conceptual framework for understanding the nature of decision-making in tourists and in this way it might be effective in the development of current markets and the prosperity of tourism destinations. This study, adopting an analytical - descriptive approach and utilizing field studies and documents, aimed to identify the characteristics of supply and demand of tourism in Mahallat. It also analyzed their functions through SWOT model. The results indicated that young tourists (under 30 years old) and those with academic educations and tourism markets in neighboring provinces are the most important characteristics of the demand section and the poor performance of supply section is in the provision of infrastructure and lack of adequate facilities and attractions. Final Swot analysis conducted based on research findings in both supply and demand sections indicated that weaknesses with a score of 4.03 were in the first place and strengths with a score of 3.84 in the second place and the opportunities and threats, respectively, with the scores of 3.72and 3.55 in the third and fourth priorities. Therefore, considering the different impact of these factors, WO practical strategies to exit from the current situation and then SO strategies for creating appropriate space for the development of the tourism of this region were proposed and prioritized for planning.

House price which have very important effect on the Social and economic welfare of the city And the various factors have affect on it, is The most fundamental variable in housing sector. Therefore, this study analyzed the spatial distribution of housing prices in the city of Mashhad and its Affecting Factors have been explored using geographically weighted regression. The sample consists of 1000 houses (About 628 villas and 372 flats), collected during 1389 from the real estate and Khorasan newspaper sites, and then digitizes based on Mashhad’s Map. In This description study which using ArcGIS software and geographically weighted regression, the house price is dependent variable and 1. Distance from City Centre, 2.Distances to healthcare facilities, 3.Distance to the transportation networks, 4.Distance to the city's development area, 5. Region’s population, 6. In recent decades due to growing prices of fossil fuels and environmental pollution as a result of increased energy demand in renewable energy research and study has been considered by researchers. Resource constraints and environmental investments in the electricity sector, including key issues that will affect the process to minimize cost and environmental impact has always been regarded experts. Environmental protection and energy security of the electricity produced by power plants solar power acts emphasized. Iran has a warm climate is semiarid due to the special geographical location and orientation on the radiation belts and desert, The more central parts of the country, especially those are with a clear sky. This increase in sunshine hours and radiation from these regions than in other parts of the world. Therefore study in the construction and deployment of solar sites in the regions of the country can achieve clean energy for residents. This paper uses the capabilities of GIS and models to predict the overall radiation, sunshine hours and the amount of radiant energy receivedin Ardekan township villages. Calculated for each of the months and years, where 7/ 7hours sunny day and average 5/3 solar radiation of more than kilowatt hours per square meter per day were suitable for solar construction sites were identified. And for embedding solar panels priority direction is south and southwest in this place, respectively.

In this study to measure the degree of enjoyment and inequalities between geographical areas and inequality rankings Factor analysis models and methods in the study area spatial Analysis (GIS) is used. The combination of environmental factors (GIS), using simple linear methods the following values obtained from factor analysis (standardization) .Research findings suggest imbalances and spatial inequalities and the gap is between the provinces, especially the city of Gorgan. As the capital city of Gorgan, where the concentration of economic activities - social, this is a profound difference in this city with other cities of the province has caused.

Cities in their evolution process are continuously impacted by their functions in a direct way and as a result of such impacts some changes are created in terms of spatial, economic, and socio-cultural aspects. Tourism is one of the main functions of the cities which have a noticeable impact on urban spaces. This article aims at investigating and analyzing the economic impacts of trade tourism and how it can play a role in cities economy, and how the cities are affected by such forces economically. In this regard, Baneh city has been chosen for researching such economic impacts. The geographic situation of the city and its proximity to Iraq has resulted into an increasing level of business transactions in formal and informal ways. The economic interests and benefits created from imported goods and exchanging them has formed a kind of tourism which can be called trade tourism that has expanded to the furthest cities of the country. In this survey some field data have been used and the research method was based on field work, library work and literature review and scientific analysis using SPSS software. Data collection process was based on questionnaire and the target populations were the experts related to tourism sector and urban affairs and those who were working directly in these sectors. Two questionnaires were used for collecting the data from target groups. In the first one the sample was 10 and in the second one the sample size was 263. The findings of questionnaires were analyzed through binominal distribution models and sign tests. It is revealed that the business activities and the employment resulted from this new function of cities in the absence of other sectors of economy like agriculture, industry and services, has left a considerable economic impacts on the city and has caused increased income and employment and higher level of land prices in the city.

The quality of development and its infrastructure affected by proviso undesirable and centralized planning’s having caused fundamental problem in the process of regional development. Various aspect and structural intricacy of this subject is one the basic barriers in providing the distribution of credits. In order to solve problem which was derived from regional unbalances, the first step is understanding and level zing the regions in terms of economical, infrastructural and communication, socio- cultural, hygienic- iatrical, educational fields. Method The approach method in this research is the compound of correlation, documental and analytical methods. Forty four indexes investigated in this study have been put in these 6 cases of infrastructure and communication, hygienic- iatric, agricultural, population and economical, cultural and sport. In this research the statically techniques, including Z–Score and Cluster analysis method are the basic methods. Results The result of the research shows that in the development level of townships there are differences and in equalities, so that Tabriz and Azar shahr in the same level (beyond development) and Maraghe, Ahar, Bonab, Marand, Miyane and sarab in the same level (ultra development) and Shabastar, Osku, Bostan abad in the same level (middle development) and Jolfa, hashtroud, malakan, harise in the same level (low- development). So these differences necessitate of providing and carrying out of the purseful plans and programs for the convergent and balanced development of townships.

The existence of a well-organized, rational, and functional hierarchy system in a geographical space has an important role in the appropriate function of the cities and residencies and also in the connection of the urban network with the rural residency network. Regarding the rupture and in coherence between these two sets, it is important to endeavor to make a hierarchic connection among the residencies. One of the strategies which can be effective in achieving the optimum residential space extension in regional scale is exploiting the space extension models and conforming them to region situations. Employing the descriptive-analytical research methods, the present article investigates the propounded theories in regional space extension and then introduces the ''Hilhorest centered expansion '' strategy as the appropriate pattern for region space extension. The central cities in regulating the residential system and in establishing a connection with small residencies has led to intended centralization of population, services, and investments in Tabriz and around it and finally the lack of space homogeneity and back wardens of other regions of East Azerbaijan, especially the rural areas.
