The neighborhoods of Tehran Metropolis are one of the most fundamental social – physical elements and are considered as important communication links between the citizens. One of the key issues in city regions is spatial identityand ignoring this matter causes the citizens do not feel like belonging to their place of residence. Consequently, the unsustainable neighborhood is formed. The present study aims to assess and analyze spatial identity of Sanglaj as one of the old regions of Tehran in the 12th zone. The research method is descriptive-analytic and required data were collected through a survey using a questionnaire. The research population consisted of all citizens over 18 years old in Sanglaj, among whom 115 were sellected as participants throughnon-probabilistic sampling method. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS software. The results showed that there is a significant positive correletion between place-belonging, sociability, comfort, and access to service variables. In addition, it was found that there is a meaningful relationship between age and local identity as well as a significant difference between local identity and period of residence; that is those whose period of residence was longer, have evaluated the spatial identity of region better. One of the most important consequences of rapid growth of urbanization in recent decades has been chaos of urban service distribution system which is the main cause of inequality in benefiting these services by the citizens. Therefore, the most crucial mission of planners and city managers in this area is attempting to achieve the ideal of 'equality of opportunities' among all society groups to access to the public services and eliminating contrasts in providing opportunities. In this regard, one of the basic elements of the city to increase the level of social welfare is the municipal services. The purpose of this study is to do spatial analysis of social justice in employing the urban public services in 16 districts of the city of Ardabil. The research method is descriptive-analytic. The accessibility to the public services by the residents was measured by the Weighted ANP Model. The data were then leveled using Tapis and Saw models. Regarding to the different ranks in different restricts of the city in the various models, finally, all results were merged using Kandrst Model. The results showed that the restricts 12 and 11 have got the first rank in terms of having very favorable situation in using the services; restricts 14, 15, 13 and 16, have got the second rank in the benefited class; the restricts 6 and 10 have achieved the half of the benefitted class, and restricts 7, 9, 5, and 2, have got the fourth place in the category of undesirable class. And finally, restricts 3, 4, and 8 have been in the last classification in benefiting the public services. That is they get the least benefit of services.

One of the main factors in assessing the degree of development in a region is existing adequate employment opportunities and the amount of labor supply and demand. That is in each area, according to the labor supply and demand, the job shortage is measured to examine the degree of its development. The labor market model is one of the models that examine the labor market conditions. The purpose of the present study is to examine the condition of labor market development in Sages county in a period of four recent censuses from 1966 to 2006. The study is practical in terms of aim, and a descriptive-analytic in terms of method. Data was collected from detailed results of population and housing censuses in 1966, 1976, 1986, 1996, and 2006.The research variables were the number of immigrants out, the number of immigrants in, the rate of natural growth, unemployment rate, employment and labor force. The result showed that the labor force market in Sagez county has not been balanced in any of the periods and this imbalance in the labor market has caused migration into the urban area and intense migration out in rural area. It was found that the lack of equal job opportunities in rural and urban areas has resulted in excessive transfers of population in these areas and finally, an imbalance of labor market in Sagez county as a whole.

Increasing growth of urbanism and urbanization, regardless its reasons, has caused populated areas change to cities, medium cities become larger, and large cities become metropolises. Accordingly, while cities become larger, the problems they may face will be bigger and their planning will be more complex. One of the most important urban facilities, considering its social, educational, and services, is cultural facility. The purpose of this study is locating the cultural uses in the region 8 of Karaj by using AHP and N.A techniques which was done through a descriptive-analytic method. The results show that there are 446610 square meters of cultural area missing in this area, and many neighborhoods are deprived of access to cultural exploitation. In addition, some of the criteria for cultural location are not met. Finally, using location standards and AHP technique in the region 8, prone lands were selected for establishing above mentioned facilities. Then using Network Analysis (N.A), the network coverage type, performance radius, and accessing different areas to cultural facilities were identified.

Accordingly, the purpose of this study is to assess the efficacy of the implementation of Indicators of Urban Development Strategy in integrated management of tourism development in Chaboksar. This study is practical and the method is descriptive - analytic in which data was collected through a survey using a questionnaire. The population in this study was 365 residents and 20 urban experts selected through random sampling. The results showed that the mean score obtained by measuring the performance of CDS indices in Chaboksar (management and good governance, banking, being livable and competitive), were 3.72 and 3.28 from the perspective of experts and citizens respectively, both of which were over the average mean. The findings indicated that preparing City Development Strategy(CDS),creating coordination on the elements affecting the city tourism planning system, attention to the integrated and efficient urban and tourism management system as well as promoting the level of citizen participation in the preparation and implementation of tourism projects are necessary.

The present study aims is editing land use development strategies considering the sustainable development in Haft Tanan district in Shiraz. The research is practical and the method is descriptive-analytic. Using Delphi method and a survey among urbanism and urban planning experts, data based on the six criteria of socio-economic, housing, facilities and equipment, accessibility, natural, and cultural-historical were considered and sub-criteria according to each index were introduced. Then using Fuller hierarchical triangle method, the final weight of the sub-criteria was determined. And finally, suggestions for land use development strategies of the region were presented.

The main objective of this study is reviewing and examining life satisfaction in informal settlements in Bojnourd. The research method is descriptive – analytic and is practical in terms of type. To analyze the variables of the research, statistical methods including descriptive statistics, factor analysis and step-by-step regression were used and field survey data were collected. Research indicators include physical environment, economic environment and social environment. The component of the physical environment (access to banks, pharmacies, shops and other facilities) is the highest and the savings component of the economic environment index shows the least satisfaction. From 26 items, using factor analysis, 6 factors of environmental health, aesthetics of the environment, public service distribution, economic welfare, social solidarity, and satisfaction were extracted. Base on the findings, the only indicator of access to banks, pharmacies, shops, and other facilities got the highest mean score (3.6) of residents’ satisfaction from the physical environment, nutritional indicators status with 3.2 of economic environment and trust in neighboring with 3.1, indicated the greatest satisfaction from three-fold environments. Finally, the finding showed that the majority of residents in informal settlements are not satisfied with their life quality in terms of standards of three-fold environments. Satisfaction, Life Quality, Informal Settlements, Bojnourd.

The main objective of this study was to analyze the periodical changes of urban green space in Zanjan and its optimal location. The research method is descriptive-analytic, and in terms of type, this study is practical. The procedure of qualitative and quantitative changes has calculated based on LCM Model and binary comparison. Hierarchical analysis model in GIS software environment was used to weight the criteria of urban green space location. The results showed that the green space per capitaof the city has reduced from 34.64 square meters in 2006 to 12.46 square meters in 2011. In addition, in 2006, the most qualitative and quantitative changes in favor of areas lacking green space was 69.91 percent which was increased in 2011 to 80.69 percent. During 2006 to 2011, the maximum incremental arealacking green space has been approximately 250 hectares and the largest reduction area with low green spacehas been approximately 250 hectares. During this period, the increases in construction and reducing overflow crowd to this area have been the reasons of green space reduction. From the total area of 2250 hectares, 356 hectares which was 15% of the total space, the situation is quite compatible to green space expansion. Due to the reduction of green space per capita compared to other land uses, it is necessary to take into account arrangements and preventive actions to reduce the excessive use of green space in urban planning.
