Consumer satisfaction in tourism is strongly influenced by the provision of services, the appearance of the product and the personality and reputation of the tourist destination. In this regard, the present article was compiled with the aim of identifying and prioritizing the requirements of tourists' satisfaction with urban facilities and services and in a descriptive-analytical method. Data collection was done in a library and field method through a questionnaire. The statistical population of the research included the tourists of Shahrood city that due to the unlimited statistical population of the research, 114 people were selected as a statistical sample and the questionnaires were randomly distributed among them. Cronbach's alpha coefficient was calculated to be 0.81 for positive questions and 0.72 for negative questions. Kano model was used to analyze the data. The results indicate that among the basic requirements, the factor of safety of tourism environments make greatest dissatisfaction and the factor of parks and natural spaces make least dissatisfaction if they don’t supply. Also among the functional requirements, the factor of cleanliness of urban areas and tourism make greatest dissatisfaction and the factor of Lighting engineering of urban areas and tourism make least dissatisfaction if they don’t supply. In this regard, among the motivational requirements, the factor of cultural services and facilities make greatest satisfaction and and the factor of tourism companies and tour guides make least satisfaction if they supply.

Utilizing the economic, social, and cultural benefits of tourism depends on the identification of effective factors on supply and demand. So the purpose of this research is investigating the factors effecting on tourism demand in Zanjan city. This research is a quantitative research, and is based on library and field data in terms of data collection method. In order to distributing questionnaire, a sample of 360 people was studied using Cochran formala. Data analysis was performed using descriptive statistics indices such as frequency distribution and inferential statistical tests such as single sample T-test, Chi-square and Friedman. The results indicate that satisfaction rate of access to tourism attractions in Zanjan with an average of 3.54, satisfaction rate of tourism infrastructure in Zanjan with an average of 3.41, satisfaction rate of tourism advertisment with an average of 3.15, and the satisfaction rate of social situation in Zanjan with an average of 3.56 and significant level of 0.000 is at the desired level. Also, the results of studying difference between the components showed that the social component with an average of 2.77 and significant level of 0.000 has the most impact on the tourism demand of Zangan. After that, the access component with an average of 2.65 and a significant of 0.000 ranked second in terms of impact on tourism demand. Also, infrastructure and advertisment components were in the third and fourth ranks with an average of 2.47 and 2.12 respectively and significance level of 0.000.

The main purpose of this study is to assess the level of citizens' satisfaction with public transportation in Tabriz. The research tool is the questionnaire and the statistical population of Tabriz citizens. The statistical sample was calculated based on Cochran's formula and was selected randomly in the statistical population. The research method is survey. Due to the range of questioning and interviews with citizens using this system in different days, hours and conditions, it has innovation. first 13 indicators were identified to assess the level of satisfaction with the services of the bus system in the city. information was collected and were analyzed using SPSS software and one-sample t-test. The results showed that the level of satisfaction with research indicators can be divided into three groups. In the first group; There are indicators that the level of satisfaction with these indicators is moderate. Indicators such as heating systems, cooling system and the amount of payment are in the first group. In the second group; There are indicators such as the behavior of drivers and employees and working hours of the bus system, and satisfaction with these indicators is above average. Also in the third group; The level of satisfaction with the indicators of route furniture and stations, safety and security of stations, number of seats for passengers and services provided for the disabled is less than average. The average overall satisfaction is 3.13, which indicates that it is in a medium range.

The purpose of this study was to measure the effect of tourist satisfaction with tourist areas on word of mouth through mediation of tourist destination identity among tourists of Qala-e Rudkhan and Masouleh (Fooman city). The research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive in terms of research method, which was performed using survey. The statistical population of the study included all tourists in the two tourist areas of Masouleh and Qaleh Rudkhan. Due to the uncertainty of the population of the study population, 385 people were determined as the sample size using the formula of Cochrane unlimited communities. Available sampling method was used for sampling. The research tools of the researcher-made questionnaire included the variables of tourists' satisfaction with the destination, destination identity, dependence on the destination, emotional attachment to the destination, social bond, memory of the destination and expectation from the destination. The reliability of the instrument was confirmed by using Cronbach's alpha test with a coefficient higher than 0.7. Findings showed that spatial attachment and its sub-branches are the main items of tourist satisfaction; Destination identity, dependence on the destination, emotional attachment to the destination, social bond, memory of the destination and expectation from the destination of tourists also affect oral advertising. From the innovation obtained in this research, it can be acknowledged that tourist satisfaction with tourist destinations has an effect on oral advertising; But this effect occurs through the mediating variable of destination identity.

The main objective of this study is reviewing and examining life satisfaction in informal settlements in Bojnourd. The research method is descriptive – analytic and is practical in terms of type. To analyze the variables of the research, statistical methods including descriptive statistics, factor analysis and step-by-step regression were used and field survey data were collected. Research indicators include physical environment, economic environment and social environment. The component of the physical environment (access to banks, pharmacies, shops and other facilities) is the highest and the savings component of the economic environment index shows the least satisfaction. From 26 items, using factor analysis, 6 factors of environmental health, aesthetics of the environment, public service distribution, economic welfare, social solidarity, and satisfaction were extracted. Base on the findings, the only indicator of access to banks, pharmacies, shops, and other facilities got the highest mean score (3.6) of residents’ satisfaction from the physical environment, nutritional indicators status with 3.2 of economic environment and trust in neighboring with 3.1, indicated the greatest satisfaction from three-fold environments. Finally, the finding showed that the majority of residents in informal settlements are not satisfied with their life quality in terms of standards of three-fold environments. The provision of citizens’ satisfaction as well as their participation in urban management is one the main goals of participatory systems as people’s dissatisfaction makes the interaction of people with the municipality difficult, or even impossible. For this reason, the present study aimed to determine influential factors on people’s satisfaction of the services offered by Mashhad municipality_ district 9_ employing a descriptive-analytical methodology. The data required in this study were collected through a developed questionnaire which was checked for its validity and reliability and was later administered among 200 participants. Correlation coefficient and multiple regressions were then conducted to analyze the data collected. The results showed that, among the factors, settlement duration, the degree of connection with municipality, age when entered the district, distance from house to the main street, and receiving direct advertisement had a significantly meaningful relationship with people’s satisfaction of the services provided by the municipality. The findings also revealed that municipal environmental activities in Mashhad was appropriate for sustainable environmental assessment. Thus, this study suggests that the authorities should not only ensure citizens’ satisfaction but also develop municipal services.

Today, one of the principles of urban planning is attention to informed and active participation of citizens in all aspects of development. Therefore, what is unquestionable need for urban management now, it is Necessary changes in the use of participatory approaches and satisfy citizens. this study is studied Mahabad city aimed to evaluate the performance of urban management from the perspective of citizen participation and satisfaction. It is an applied research and its method is descriptive- analytic. Reviewing concepts and principles of research, field study is used to collect data 384 questionnaires distributed among the citizens associated. The results indicate a very high willingness of citizens to participate in urban management. However, studies show no significant long history of public participation in urban management and more physical participation, However, the results of the Spearman correlation test indicates a statistically significant positive correlation between the amount already exist citizen participation in urban management and their satisfaction. This research also concludes that the factors affecting the level of citizen participation in urban management can be divided in four dimensions: personal, economic, social and management, in this respect, among the individual factors, physical and mental health of citizens is index influential, among the social factors is dependence on location, among the economic factors is economic profitability participation and finally among the management factors is institutional trust(mutual trust between people and urban management).

The topic of urban space is one of the most attractive arguments that many scientists of cities problem notice about it. The importance of this subject is due to relation that with social ways, social structure, produce of human quality and emotional in social, expression of peoples active life, political activity, urban secure life and etc. In this research, relationship between education, gender and different age ranges with factors influencing citizen’s satisfaction of Gorgan 5th Azar Street by SPSS software was studied. The results suggest that there is a significant relation between age ranges and channels, streams and control of flowing water, traffic, bus stop and play spaces for children and adults that this significance is more important in less than 18 age range. Also the result showed there is a significant relation between education level and kind of pavement and between gender and channels, streams, and control of flowing water. Identification of the most and the lowest important factors are performed by using Friedman test in SPSS software. The conclusion of this research to be cause that we know the requirements of citizen separately such as: age, gender, level of education and help programmer and urban designer in more suitable programming and better designing for increasing citizen satisfaction.
