The present research was carried out with the aim of explaining neighborhood planning based on worn-out urban contexts with an emphasis on the approach of neo-urbanism in the 19th district of Tehran. The research was a descriptive-analytical study using the survey method. To collect the required data, field observations, documents and studies of upstream projects and local interviews and questionnaires among the residents of the studied neighborhoods have been used. In order to answer the first question according to the goals and hypotheses of the research, bivariate regression analysis was used. The results indicate that the two variables mentioned above have a significant relationship with each other and the alpha value is less than 0. 05, which means that neo-urbanism has an effect on the desire for renovation and explains the changes of it (renovation of dilapidated fabric). Metaswat model was used to answer the second question. According to the competitive map, prioritization of competitors it was concluded that Shahid Kazemi neighborhoods with a weight of 97. 3 have the most problems and should be paid more attention to. Also, in terms of willingness to renovate the dilapidated fabric of Nematabad neighborhood, it has the highest priority with a rank of 3. 82, which shows the residents' unwillingness to renovate.

The main goal of this research was to evaluate the status of economic indicators in the realization of spatial justice of parks and urban green spaces. The method of current research is based on a valuational-analytical method and the statistical community includes three regions of Bandar Abbas city. Data collection was done in library and field ways. To evaluate the economic indicators in spatial justice, Gini coefficient, the ratio of Gross Domestic Product (GDP) on population, inflation rate and development rate of green spaces were used and the impact of indicators on the spatial justice of parks and green spaces was identified by Eveiws software. The coefficient of determination obtained in the regression model was 0.99 which indicates that the independent variables explain 0.99 variations of the dependent variable. Studied parameters were determined in order of priority: Gini coefficient indicators, the proportion of population onthe GDP and inflation rate. Among them, Gini coefficient has the greatest effect. In other words, the development of high quality parks, both functionally and ecologically in Bandar Abbas city tends to the area in which its population has a lower Gini coefficient. Therefore, considering the influential economic variables and having a comprehensive view, a fair movement in the expansion of the green spaces can be started.

The purpose of this research is to develop a landscape design guide for Mehranrood based on the theory of environmental preferences of Kaplans and with a participatory design approach. The edge of Mehranrood near the historical bazaar of Tabriz is surrounded by a circle of inefficient spaces due to the design approach without the participation of the people. Citizen participation requires the intervention of people's preferences in the design process of this ecological area of the city. For this purpose, first, the visual qualities of urban design were classified based on Kaplan variables and became the basis for selecting images. The images were then scored using the VPT technique. The statistical population of the study was residents, merchants and passers-by in the study area. Sampling was done by simple random method and the sample size was determined to be 200 according to the Cochran's formula. This study shows that citizens' visual preferences are more prone to variables of complexity and readability. Although qualities related to coherence and mystery variables must also be present in the environment, they have a lower priority. There is also a relationship between Kaplan's variables and equivalent visual qualities in urban design. The degree of correlation between the variables of coherence and rhythm, complexity and variety, readability and visual permeability, mystery and wave motions is more than other variables in their respective group. The innovation of this research has been the simultaneous attention to the inseparable dimensions of objective and subject in landscape evaluation.

The research methodology in terms of purpose is applied and of nature is descriptive-analytical.Needed information was extracted from the city's development plans. The results showed that like all comprehensive plans that are prepared in Iran by traditional methods, the comprehensive plan of Malayer city, is accompanied with weaknesses and threats of this model such as authoritarianism, separation of the plan preparation process from the implementation stage, certainty in locating uses, …, and has had little feasibility. Dedicated review of Malayer Comprehensive Plan showed that, in general, The feasibility of the proposed uses has been low. In the meantime, the uses of urban facilities and equipment, health-welfare, sports, hospitality and tourism services have been below the average. Educational, administrative and disciplinary uses, green space and forest parks, industrial, religious and transportation facilities have been constructed more than moderate and need and only residential, medical, commercial and cultural uses have been realized in accordance with the master plan proposals. In the meantime, the irregular increase in the level and per capita industrial and roads uses have caused more damage to the city of Malayer.

This study has investigated the impact of physical-spatial, social and economic indicators on the realization of sustainable housing in the city of Sirjan. The type of alied research and its the study method was descriptive-analytical. 600 informants, specialists and experts formed the statistical population of this study that in which 230 people were selected as the sample size based on simple random sampling method using Morgan tableTable. 31 physical, social and economic components of housing in Sirjan were selected as dependent variables. The reliability of the questionnaire was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.832. In order to analyze the data, inferential statistical methods such as one-sample t-test and factor analysis were used. The results of physical and spatial indicators showed that the rate of retrofitting of existing buildings, the rate of improvement and renovation of worn and old structures, the level of safety in residential units as well as the quantity and quality of equipment have not been in a favorable condition. In this regard, this study with an innovative aroach has attempted to harmonize physical, social and economic indicators in order to develop strategies for achieving sustainable housing in the city of Sirjan.

The purpose of this study is to explain the pattern of spatial distribution of inner city parks with the approach of spatial justice in the city of Sabzevar. The research method is descriptive - analytical. In order to analyze and explain the distribution of spatial patterns statistical methods such as the nearest neighborhood and the city park service network analysis in GIS were used. What distinguishes the present study from the previous research is the study and analysis of the pattern of spatial distribution and the amount of access in different classes of urban parks in various levels of Sabzevar city. The results showed that the functional radius of urban parks in Sabzevar city, at the regional level, specifies the desired functional radius in the central urban contexts, which decreases its desirability by moving away from the city center. Lack of proper distribution of inner city parks in the western part of Sabzevar has reduced the usefulness and performance of regional parks and excessive concentration of these parks in the eastern part of the city has increased the radius of performance and usefulness in the eastern parts of Sabzevar. Inadequate and unjust distribution of inner city parks in different levels of Sabzevar city on the other hand, the disproportion of population and per capita green space have led to intensified unfair distribution of parks in urban areas, districts and neighborhoods because the population is 7088 people with a per capita of 24 m2ie for each person there is 24 m2 of green space and a surplus of green space.

The main aim of this paper is to detect the ten-year changes in urban green spaces of Tehran metropolis, from 2010 to 2019, using the time series of Landsat 5, 7 and 8 images. The change detection was done in both annual and ten-year scale and the results are analyzed in two spatial scales; city level and municipal district-level. Detection of changes was done by a post-classification approach. The innovation of the study is efforts to reach the best results in the image classification step, for which in addition to optical and thermal bands' various features including some vegetation indices, water and built-up index, image texture components, and principal components were also used. Three classification methods including maximum likelihood, artificial neural network and support vector machine were implemented. The results indicated that the support vector machine has had the best result with 91.06% mean overall accuracy. The change detection showed a 10.58% decrease in the Tehran green spaces in the period under review. The greatest decrease, about 7.46 Km2, occurred in the period 1390-91 and the largest increase was 7.61 Km2 in the period 1394-95. Among the 22 municipal districts, regions 1 and 22 with 5.2 and 2.37 Km2, respectively, have had the highest decrease in urban green space, and regions 2 and 19 with 0.5 and 0.47 Km2, respectively, have had the highest increase.
