Green spaces and urban parks should be considered among the most fundamental factors fo the sustainability of natural and human life in today's urbanization. The Selection of optimal sites for the construction of green spaces and prioritization of these sites based on different criteria can be considered according to the spatial condation of the studied area. In this study, It is tried to provide sutible plase for the construction of green space in Ardabil whih criteria such as: Economic, situational and proximity in the form of ANP model using the overlapping functions of the geography information system. The analysis of data is used from ARC GIS, MATLAB, Super Decision and Excel software. According to the final map, the lands of Ardabil city have been classified into five groups with very high, high, medium, high and very low priorities for choosing the right place to use green space. In order to match the results obtained from the model presented in the urban green space survey with the facts available in the study area, it's land use map has been prepared in GIS environment and the results of the model mentioned in the land use map have been announced. The combined use of ANP model and GIS in prioritizing and determining the best places in the city to determine uses is the innovation of this research.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the location of urban green space in District 4 of Tehran and determine suitable locations for creating green space. Proper location of green space in the appearance of cities, in addition to aesthetic and recreational aspects, has an important role in reducing air pollution and maintaining the balance of the environment and has positive social effects such as vitality and vitality. The research method was descriptive-analytical and the effective criteria in locating the green space were determined using library studies and expert opinions. Parallel comparison of criteria with each other was performed using Chang method (fuzzy AHP). The criteria map was prepared in GIS environment and standardized in IDRISI environment. Then, using the OWA technique, the sequential weights of the criteria were calculated and the final green space location map was obtained. The results showed that the distance from residential centers with 0.157 and the distance from industrial centers with 0.053 have the highest and lowest standard weights, respectively, in the appropriate location of urban green space. Therefore, the most suitable and unsuitable places to create green space were determined according to the priority of parameters and compatibility of uses with green space. The novelty of this study is in using OWA technique in locating green space for District 4 of Tehran.

The risk of earthquake has threatened human settlements ever since. Despite the advancement of science and technology in the present age, the humankind has not yet been able to accurately predict and counteract earthquakes. However, it is possible to minimize the devastations upon appropriate management. This study enquired in to the selection of temporary housing sites as a crisis management measure for earthquake victims in Borujen city. Therefore, based on library research and comments of experts and crisis management specialists, contributory factors and parameters to temporary housing sites selection were identified. The final weight of each factor was determined by using the Analytical Hierarchy Process Model (AHP). The geographic information system (GIS) was used to prepare maps in different layers. Spatial and non-spatial data were combined by using the final weights of each of the factors and analyzed in the GIS, which resulted in the selection of the best places for temporary housing sites. The results of the paired comparisons showed that the geological parameter was the least important with the significance coefficient of 0.16 and the safety parameter was the most important with the coefficient of 0.376. Moreover, the results indicated that parks and green spaces and schools were the best places for establishing temporary housing sites for earthquake victims in the city of Borujen, whereas the required space for temporary housing sites in the central part of the city is hardly sufficient.

Management of the movement of people and goods in the streets of a city is the main cause of urban transport systems. Operation of the system is dependent on the necessary infrastructure and proper placement of the various components and the components consistency together. One of the most important public transportation infrastructure is Multi-storey car parking structures as one of the centers of large cities. This can play a major role in reducing Traffic of parking in street sides and its psychological effects. The parking lot can have the necessary performance when in the right place. The study was descriptive - analytical and the purpose is to make location for the Multi-storey car parking in the city of Rasht. In this context, based on the literature and opinion of expertin transportation, urban development and urban planning, we selected 8 parameters including distance to main populated centers including malls, office - services, entertainment - catering, access to arterial roads and main squares, the distance to and functionality and compatibility of applications. The data have been analyzed using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). The final area suitable for parking lot has been selected by overlay map. Then, using a map obtained from research model, during the field visit, it was found in an area that has very good potential. The area of land for construction of parking lot are located in the barren, vacant land, old parking and dilapidated buildings. We selected 9 areas with 35,547 square metersto build parking. We made a ranking of the suitable aseas with the demand and the need to resolve the problem of lack of parking garages in order of importance and priority.

Achieving the balance between the spatial distribution of resources and services in urban areas is one of the main objectives of the government. District 7 in Mashhad with a population of about 220000 people and an area of 5200 hectares is one of the most crowded urban areas of Mashhad. CNG fuel station network is the key component of the network utilities acted as a supplier of fuel for transportation within the city, which is important in terms of traffic considerations, urban development, safety, and the environment. This study aims to locate CNG fuel station in District 7 in Mashhad and also utilizes the methods based on GIS and fuzzy logic. In order to implement fuzzy operators in GIS environment, the effective criteria including access to main thoroughfares, centers with high population density, green space, commercial land use, distance from residential land use, educational land use, and distance from existing stations were all first extracted and entered into the GIS environment. In the next step, the fuzzy membership value for each parameter (fuzzication) was determined. Next, the weighted layers were put together, and finally the most appropriate area was shown on the final map. The results showed that the southern and southeastern areas lacked fuel stations and had priority for the construction of new stations in the area.
